SALON POLICIES

All price ranges listed on our website are starting prices and may be subject to increase or adjust based on length of the appointment and desired result. Pricing will be discussed during the consultation process. We are unable to quote exact prices over the phone.

All services are personalized to your desired outcome, but we highly recommend scheduling a consultation beforehand to discuss with your stylist. We cannot guarantee you will be booked for enough time to meet your hair goals in one session.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you would like an adjustment to your service, you have 7 days to do so with the same stylist and additional service charges may apply if you want any add on.. If you choose to see a different stylist, treat your hair yourself, or visit another stylist or salon, or if it is after 7 days from the initial service, full service charges will apply for an adjustment. No refunds will be given on services.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities cannot be added to credit card charges or processed through the salon. Gift certificates do not include gratuities. We use Venmo, Zelle or cash.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Luminez Salon guarantees a 7-day money-back policy on all products purchased in the salon that have not been opened or used. We do not allow refunds on cash or check transactions without a receipt. Exchange: Products unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase may be exchanged for a different product of equal value. Refunds and exchanges will be processed when the product(s) have been received and inspected.
Note: Is illegal to resell opened product by the state laws

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Luminez requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments. A fee for Color services will be charged upon your scheduled appointment. Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to charge the fee value of the appointment. Please do not respond to these messages as they are automated and unattended. LUMINEZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY

While our staff does our best to work as neatly as possible there are times color may get on clothing, or water may touch your clothes or shoes. While this does not happen often we urge you to change out of your clothing, hang it up, and put on a smock provided by Luminez Team. We cannot be held responsible for damages to clothing during a service.
